One Piece: The Onigashima Invasion Erupts Into War

WARNING: The following article contains spoilers for One Piece, Chapter #991 by Eiichiro Oda, Stephen Paul and Vanessa Satone, available in English now from Viz Media.

When Oda reaches the climaxes of warfare in One Piece arcs, he likes to splinter off his characters so that multiple exchanges and showdowns can happen at once. It happened in the Enies Lobby arc with the Straw Hats splitting up to fight each of the CP9 Members and again later on when the crew got separated on Thriller Bark. Now, in Onigashima of Wano, Oda has begun the process again in the manga, setting readers up for some exciting future fights.

Chapter #991 picks up where #990 ended, with X Drake trying to ally himself with the Straw Hats. We know that Drake is secretly a marine undercover as a pirate, but after the Beast Pirates realized his loyalty was questionable, Drake managed to slip away from his interrogation. Now, he's trying to convince Luffy to let him be apart of their mission to defeat Kaido. This triggers a flashback with Coby, one of Luffy's oldest friends, telling Drake what he admires about Luffy. Drake repeats his interest in aligning with the Straw Hats, but remarks that he can not say why -- sparking Zoro's distrust of Drake.

As the crew argues about this, the Tobiroppo siblings, Page-One and Ulti, make it to the first floor of the palace where they go on a rampage against the alliance. Usopp lands a shot on Page-One and then immediately shifts the blame onto Nami when an angry Ulti asks who did it. The duo of "hit-and-run" cowards then make a run for it as Ulti and Page-One chase after them.

This is right when Luffy and the remainder of the crew are ambushed by Scratchman Apoo and his musical Devil Fruit powers. Apoo uses his body to create deafening explosive soundwaves, but he also calls the Numbers. He mourns the loss of the defeated Numbers, as a fourth Number, Hacha, enters the fray. Hacha takes an interest in Franky's General Franky suit, which they use to lead the ancient giant out of the palace and away from the fight.

During this, Zoro and Drake continue their skirmish, but seeing Apoo trying to call in more Numbers, the two drop their fighting to attack the musical pirate. With a mutual enemy established, the two agree to team up to take down Apoo, but their double team is halted, this time by a hail of bullets by Queen. With that, the chapter switches perspectives back to the rooftop where Kaido and his men are fighting the Nine Red Scabbarbs led by Kine'emon.

Shockingly, one of Kaido's All-Stars, Jack, falls in battle, which upsets a surprisingly sympathetic Kaido. Jack, being a member of Kaido's top brass, would never be defeated so easily but it soon becomes clear what the cause of this is. Standing in the glow of the moonlight are the Mink Kings, Nekomamushi and Inurashi, in their Sulong forms. With power beyond their normal limitations, Neko and Inu were able to wipe out a majority of Kaido's men along with Jack, leaving the Strongest Creature forced to face The Scarabs on his own. But what this leaves us with is seeing a much more sympathetic side to Kaido. He even goes so far as to thank Jack for his contribution and leave him to tend his wounds as he faces the threat alone. You would never believe Kaido to be the sympathetic type, but it seems he does care about his men to some extent.

Kaido then unleashes a fiery breath attack upon the Scarabs, but this does nothing to worry Kin'emon. The resolved samurai uses his foxfire sword style to cut the flames in two and even damages Kaido in the process. The nine former retainers of Kozuki Oden stand firm with their resolve unshaken as they taunt the Yonko. None of them plan on dying until after Kaido dies here.

One Piece: Every Member Of The Vinsmoke Family, Ranked According To Strength

Vinsmoke Sanji has always been one of the strongest members of the Straw Hats, and it wasn't until the Whole Cake Island story arc that it was revealed there was a whole family of Vinsmokes. Much like Sanji, they all displayed considerable levels of strength and speed as members of Germa 66. Each was also equipped with a raid suit, which allowed them to enhance their natural abilities through the use of technology.

While they are all strong, there are definitely gaps between their power levels. Sanji and his family are all capable combatants compared to other fighters in One Piece, but only one of them can claim the title of the strongest Vinsmoke.

7 Vinsmoke Sora

While it may seem unfair to pit Sanji's mother against his powerful siblings and father, she is still one of the Vinsmokes. She doesn't appear to possess any of the physical abilities of her husband and children and was in fact very ill during her time on the show.

She doesn't even appear to have the strength to walk around, much less fight on equal terms with her children. Before her unfortunate death, she was easily the weakest member of the family.

6 Vinsmoke Yonji

Yonji is the weakest member of the Vinsmokes out of those actually capable of fighting. He was easily defeated by Sanji after confronting him even with his raid suit and didn't match any of his siblings' feats in battle.

He's also the youngest of the bunch, so he's already at a disadvantage in physical ability. His clashes against members of the Big Mom Pirates just weren't as impressive as his other siblings. While he is strong compared to normal people, he just falls short next to his family.

5 Vinsmoke Reiju

Reiju is the only daughter of the siblings, but that doesn't make her the weakest. She has shown considerable displays of speed and power, such as when she briefly clashed with the sweet general Charlotte Smoothie.

She was even able to bend metal bars as a child and is quite a capable warrior. However, she focuses more on politics and her poison specialty than she does on mastering brute force. With the exception of Yonji, she just falls a little bit behind her other brothers in strength.

4 Vinsmoke Niji

Niji is the second son and has the greatest speed out of all of the Vinsmokes. He was even able to make Sanji lose track of him with his speed, and Sanji is no slouch.

While his speed and durability make him very powerful along with a fair amount of physical strength, his overall power just doesn't add up to be enough. Being the fastest is an impressive feat to be sure, but speed isn't everything. He's just doomed to be in the middle of the pack.

3 Vinsmoke Ichiji

Ichiji is the eldest son of the Vinsmokes and one of the strongest among them. Being the oldest gives him a slight advantage, as he is an incredibly strong individual. He even fought on equal ground with powerful fighters like Oven, although he did get destroyed by Katakuri.

Although Niji is faster, Ichiji has shown superior strength by blasting through obstacles like Perospero's candy wall. While he is ahead of most of his siblings in strength, he isn't quite at the top.

2 Vinsmoke Judge

Judge is the father of the Vinsmoke family and incredibly strong. He has the most combat experience out of the Vinsmokes and was able to go toe to toe against Sanji for awhile. During this fight, he was able to both tank many of Sanji's attacks and keep up with his impressive speed.

While Judge ended up winning the fight, he had to use an underhanded trick to do so. Sanji was also fighting from an emotional disadvantage but had no issues facing down his siblings in similar situations. Judge is definitely stronger than all but one of his children.

1 Vinsmoke Sanji

Sanji is the third son of the Vinsmokes and also the strongest among them. He is able to fight on equal or superior terms with all of them, and that's without using a raid suit to augment his abilities. While Niji is faster, Sanji has far stronger attacks at this disposal.

His father and siblings all heavily rely on their raid suits, but Sanji has never had a crutch like that. He wasn't ahead of his father and siblings by too much, but after receiving his own raid suit he cemented his place as the strongest Vinsmoke.

One Piece: Ranking The Straw Hats By Their Training During The Time-Skip

The first half of One Piece came to a conclusion with the massive Paramount War that ensued at Marineford between the Whitebeard Pirates and the collaboration of the Navy and the Shichibukai. The war came to an with the death of Portgas D. Ace and Whitebeard and changed the era forever.

Following the events of the war, Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates began their training across the world to get stronger so they could get ready for the dangerous enemies New World. Here are the Straw Hat Pirates ranked by how hard they trained during the time-skip.

9 Brook

The musician of the Straw Hat Pirates, Brook was one of the crew members who trained the least during the time-skip. Most of his time was spent building a reputation for himself as Soul King.

That's not to say that Brook didn't get stronger, however. He learned several new applications of his Yomi Yomi no Mi, such as detaching his soul from his body and summoning the cold of the underworld. All things considered, Brook progressed quite a lot during the two years.

8 Chopper

Chopper is the doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates with a bounty of 50 berries before the time-skip. During the two-year training, Chopper worked on Torino Kingdom and learned advanced medicinal knowledge there which helped him become a better doctor than he was before.

In terms of strength, Chopper managed to make his points stronger and also gain a new transformation in Kung Fu Point. Furthermore, he gained control over his Monster Point as well.

7 Nico Robin

Also known as the Light of the Revolution, Nico Robin is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates. She spent her two years with the Revolutionary Army at Baltigo. What exactly Robin did there with Dragon isn't known, however, it is likely to do with the Void Century.

Robin also progressed in terms of strength during the time-skip. She managed to improve the usage of her Hana Hana no Mi and could produce a thousand limbs at once instead of a hundred. In theory, Robin got ten times stronger after the time-skip.

6 Usopp

Spending his two years at the Boin Archipelago was the sniper of the crew, Usopp. Under the tutelage of Heracles, Usopp was able to gain a lot of physical strength necessary to survive in a place as difficult as the archipelago.

Usopp also managed to study the pop green there and use them with his sniping arsenal. After the time-skip, he became powerful enough to take on most threats that he would've struggled to deal with before the time-skip.

5 Nami

Nami was sent to a sky island called Weatheria by Bartholomew Kuma before the time-skip. After receiving Luffy's message, she decided to stay there and study the weather and the various scientific methods that the people of the place used.

Nami greatly enhanced her knowledge of weather and what's more, she was able to fit her Clima Tact with some great bits of technology, thanks to Usopp's help. Just like the other members of the crew, Nami was several times stronger after the time-skip.

4 Franky

Also known as "Cyborg," Franky is the shipwright of the crew and he was sent to Karakuri Island by Bartholomew Kuma. There, he discovered Vegapunk's old lab and managed to make quite a lot of upgrades to his body.

Franky has become incredibly powerful after the time-skip and has gained access to abilities such as the Radical Beam, which is powerful enough to take down even an Ancient Giant in a single hit. It goes without saying that Franky is among the strongest in the crew right now.

3 Sanji

Sanji spent his two years at Momoiro Island where he got several times stronger while trying to get access to the Newkama recipes. He managed to awaken his Haki during the two years he spent there and greatly boosted his physical prowess.

Furthermore, Sanji also gained the ability to walk in the air at high speeds and swim in the water faster than a Fishman. All that, combined with his improved usage of Diable Jambe, makes his training one of the most impressive ones in the lot.

2 Zoro

Shichibukai Bartholomew Kuma sent Zoro to Kuraigana Island, where the World's Strongest Swordsman, Dracule Mihawk resided. The two years that Zoro had to his disposal were spent honing his skill under Mihawk's guidance.

Like Sanji, he managed to learn the basics of Haki and improved his swordsmanship skills greatly. After the time-skip, Zoro has become several times stronger than he was before and is powerful enough to take on some incredibly powerful opponents.

1 Monkey D. Luffy

Luffy's two years were spent on Ruskaina, also known as the island of 48 seasons. There, Luffy had to wrestle with incredibly powerful beasts, most of which forced him to get stronger.

Thanks to Rayleigh, Luffy learned the basics of all three Haki types. Training them to a decent level, Luffy had become quite strong. Luffy mastered his usage of Gear Second and Gear Third, and to top everything off, he learned Gear Fourth, a new form with several transformations available.

One Piece: Hawkins Exposes the Straw Hat Pirates to Kaido

WARNING: The following contains spoilers for One Piece Episode 943, "Luffy's Determination - Win Through the Sumo Inferno!" streaming now on Funimation and Crunchyroll.

Basil Hawkins is one of 12 pirates of the Worst Generation -- a designation he shares with Luffy and Zoro. Introduced in One Piece Episode 392, he's been a recurring adversary throughout the saga. In the Wano Arc, under the leadership of Kaido, Hawkins proved to be particularly dangerous for Luffy and the gang, in part because he's one of the few people who know the Straw Hat Pirates for who they are.

The Straw Hats assumed false identities in order to blend into Wano society. In doing so, they managed to suppress knowledge of their presence for the time being, without Kaido or Orochi realizing that they were confronting some of the mightiest pirates around. However, Hawkins has blown their cover, stripping the masks off of each and every one of the Straw Hats and leaving them vulnerable.

Continue scrolling to keep reading Click the button below to start this article in quick view.

The Oniwabanshu's Plot

As the Straw Hats throw themselves at Orochi and his forces, Hawkins shares his knowledge with Orochi's Oniwabanshu -- a group of elite ninjas, known for information gathering and assassinations. The Oniwabanshu then collect the wanted posters and information of every single member of the Straw Hats, learning their names and value in the eyes of the Navy.

The head of the Oniwabanshu, Fukurokuju, reveals that he knows everything to Zoro by identifying him by his real name. From there, he reveals his intentions to capture at least one Straw Hat in order to torture out information pertaining to their plans in Wano. From there, the two groups fight, though they seem fairly evenly matched when thrown against one another.

Of course, there's an obvious advantage in the Oniwabanshu's court: they already have Luffy in their clutches. While Luffy is all but impossible to torture into submission, should the Oniwabanshu exploit Kaido's hostage, they might be able to get information out of him in theory. Of course, since Luffy has not broken under the pressure of prison life at this point, it's unlikely anything the Oniwabanshu could do would turn him either way. However, Hawkins, again, has found an alternative strategy around that obvious issue.

Trafalgar's Achilles Heel

Hawkins might have already planned for an alternative if the Oniwabanshu fails to capture a Straw Hat pirate. Hawkins has already captured Trafalgar D. Water Law's Heart Pirates. Trafalgar is one of the main pirates involved in the plot against Kaido and Orochi, and Hawkins appears to realize that the Straw Hats and the Heart Pirates are in league with one another.

In this episode, he calls out to Trafalgar, bringing him to an isolated, but open, the area where his pirates are caged up. However, while Law seems to think it will be easy to break his friends free, Hawkins turns the tables by demonstrating how any injury was done unto him will be dealt with his pirates. This puts Trafalgar at a disadvantage since any resistance he displays will end up hurting his companions.

Hawkins might be able to extract even more information from Law, thus establishing him as the man who exposes the plot against his master. That is, of course, unless the arrival of one Charlotte Linlin at Oden Prison doesn't cause even more problems for Kaido.

One Piece: 10 Strongest Characters Faced By Portgas D. Ace

Portgas D. Ace is the sworn brother of Luffy and Sabo in One Piece and one of the most crucial characters. Ace was born on Baterilla, a small island in the South Blue and was taken in by Garp after the death of Rouge. Being Roger's son, Ace was destined for greatness and he ended up becoming the Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates.

Ace's rise to power saw him crush several strong enemies and ultimately gain a bounty of 550 million Berries.

10 Monkey D. Luffy

Ace and Luffy grew up together as brothers on Mt. Corvo under the care of Curly Dadan. The two often challenged each other to fights and pushed the other to grow stronger. While Ace honed his physical abilities during these duels, Luffy learned how to control his Devil Fruit better.

Ace is known to have won every single fight the two have fought right until Luffy turned 14 years old, as confirmed by the latter himself during the Alabasta arc of the story.

9 Bluejam

The Captain of the Bluejam Pirates, Bluejam was a big villain who stood in Ace and Luffy's way back during their time under Dadan's care. After the fire of Grey Terminal, Bluejam targeted the two and wanted to steal their treasure, however, Ace, stood in his way and took him on in a fight.

Despite being very young, Ace was able to defeat Bluejam and even carry Dadan to safety, treat her wounds, and then bring her back to their home.

8 Smoker

One of the many skirmishes that happened in the Alabasta arc, Ace's fight against Smoker came shortly after his introduction as the Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates.

Being Luffy's elder brother, Ace quickly jumped to his rescue once he saw the White Chase on his tail. Although Ace didn't fight Smoker seriously, he was able to stop him in his tracks quite easily and buy enough time for Luffy to escape from the Navy's grasp.

7 Doma

One of the famous pirate captains of the New World, Doma, also known as the Bohemian Knight, once stood in the way of Whitebeard and his crew. Ace took it upon himself to take Doma on in a fight and effortlessly managed to defeat him.

After the fighting wrapped up, Doma was revealed to have joined the Whitebeard ally fleet and became one of the 43 allies of the crew. Doma also made it to the Paramount War where he took on several Vice-Admirals of the Navy.

6 Jinbe

Also known as the Knight of the Sea, Jinbe was one of the closest people to Whitebeard, thanks to the Yonko protecting Fishman Island with all his might. After finding out that Ace was attempting to take Whitebeard's head, Jinbe stepped in his path and fought him in a high-level duel.

The battle lasted for 5 days and saw both of them collapse at the same time. Evidently, it ended in a draw, however, Ace got up immediately afterward to defend his crew from the incoming attack of the Whitebeard Pirates.

5 Blackbeard Pirates

After the death of Thatch, Teach fled the Whitebeard Pirates with Ace in hot pursuit. Eventually, the Blackbeard Pirates were met with an angry Portgas D. Ace at Banaro Island, where one of the most important fights in the Great Pirate Era ensued.

Before Blackbeard could fight Ace, his crew attempted to attack him but were immediately defeated by Ace at once. Ace's power was so overwhelming that Blackbeard warned all of them to stay away from him at any cost.

4 Marshall D. Teach

Ace's fight against Blackbeard was one of the most difficult ones that he's ever been in. After encountering him and his crew on Banaro Island, Ace was able to give Blackbeard a run for his money and wound him severely. However, the power of the Yami Yami no Mi proved to be too much for him to handle.

Impressively enough, even when his ability was nullified, Ace put up quite a fight and earned praise from Blackbeard himself. To date, this fight remains to be one of the greatest to have ever taken place in the story.

3 Aokiji

Ace and Aokiji went head-to-head shortly after he was freed from his shackles during the war of Marineford. To protect Luffy, Ace stepped in to take on the Navy Admiral in battle and did quite well against him.

He was able to completely vaporize Aokiji's Pheasant Beak using his Flame Mirror. Although the fight was pretty short, Aokiji failed to stop Ace and his ice powers were absolutely no match for Ace's fire.

2 Akainu

Ace's final fight in the story came against none other than the Navy Admiral Akainu. The Admiral used underhanded tactics to talk Ace into attacking him and knowing Ace's personality, it worked pretty well. As fire clashed against magma, it was inevitable for Ace to get burnt.

While the fight was far from over at this point, Akainu quickly turned his attention to Luffy and tried to kill him. To protect his brother, Ace put his body in between and got pierced right through the chest, ultimately dying in his brother's arms.

1 Whitebeard

The strongest character that Ace has ever fought in the story so far is, undoubtedly, the Yonko Whitebeard. The two are known to have engaged each other in combat at least a hundred times, with Ace losing every single of those fights.

Ace even attempted to kill Whitebeard in his sleep but, once again, failed to do so since Whitebeard was that powerful. Eventually, Ace gave up trying to kill Whitebeard and ended up becoming his son.

One Piece: 8 Strongest Characters Faced By Shanks

Shanks is one of the Yonko of the Sea in the One Piece world and among the strongest known characters in the series. Despite being quite young, he's done incredibly well to climb his way to the position of an Emperor, which he achieved around 6 years before the current storyline.

On his path, he's fought countless battles, some of which he's dealt with relative ease while others have left him scarred. Every single clash that Shanks has been in has shaped him to be the character that we love today. Here are the 8 biggest fights Shanks has been in so far.

8 Shanks Vs. Higuma

The very first fight that Shanks got into in One Piece was against Higuma, a bandit with a bounty of 8 million berries. Shanks didn't think Higuma worthy of taking on in a fight, which is why he never retaliated.

Once Luffy was threatened, Shanks' crew made quick work of the bandits and Higuma ended up running away from the fight. While this fight wasn't the most explosive ones when it comes to action sequences, it certainly hammered Shanks' character into the minds of the fans.

7 Shanks Vs. Golden Lion Pirates

During the battle of Edd War, Shanks and the Roger Pirates were faced by the mightiest armada on the Grand Line, led by the Golden Lion, Shiki. Even though the odds were against Roger and his men, he decided to go ahead with the battle and take Shiki on.

Most of the battle went unseen, however, Shanks, Buggy, and all the other members of the Roger Pirates were involved in the fight. The battle ended in a draw with the Golden Lion Pirates taking heavy damage.

6 Shanks Vs. Whitebeard Pirates

Around a year after the events of the Edd War, the Roger Pirates clashed with the Whitebeard Pirates on an island in the Paradise half of the Grand Line. This battle was to be the last one that Roger fought with Whitebeard and once again, Shanks was involved in the fight as well.

Oda made sure to off-screen the majority of the fight but it is highly likely that Shanks fought either Marco or Teach of the Whitebeard Pirates. After the battle was over, Shanks and Buggy talked about Teach and his inability to sleep.

5 Shanks Vs. Kid Pirates

At some point during the two-year time-skip, Eustass 'Captain' Kid and his crew decided to attack the Red-Hair Pirates and take out Shanks. While this decision was a foolish one, it established Kid as a character with great ambition.

How exactly this battle went down isn't known, but Kid lost an arm during the fighting, possibly to Shanks himself. Kid wanted to target Shanks once again to take him down, however, his plans were marred by Kaido after jumping from Balloon Terminal.

4 Shanks Vs. Marshall D. Teach

Shanks and Teach share quite an intriguing bit of history with each other. The two met each other during the last clash of the Whitebeard Pirates and Roger Pirates. Afterward, they clashed again at some point and during this battle, Teach was able to wound Shanks and give him his infamous scar.

According to Shanks, he wasn't being careless during this battle at all. In fact, the only reason why Teach was able to wound him was that he was that capable. In the future, the two could possibly clash once again.

3 Shanks Vs. Mihawk

Shanks and Dracule Mihawk are known to have crossed swords several times in the past. According to Whitebeard, their duels were considered to be legendary and would echo throughout the Grand Line.

It is unknown if there was any victor in these duels, however, they were all said to be of a very high level. After Shanks lost his arm in East Blue, Mihawk didn't consider fighting him as fair and thus put an end to their fierce rivalry.

2 Shanks Vs. Kaido

Shortly before the Paramount War, Kaido decided to make a move and engage Whitebeard in battle as he considered it to be the perfect time to take him down in battle. On his way, however, he was intercepted by none other than Red-Hair Shanks.

Their battle is said to have been one on a small scale, however, it was a fight, nonetheless. Shanks arrived on Marineford just a day later with no visible injuries on his body whatsoever. This scuffle went down as a draw and Shanks succeeded in stopping Kaido from making contact with Whitebeard.

1 Shanks Vs. Whitebeard

Shanks' biggest clash in the series has come against the "Strongest Man in the World," Yonko Edward Newgate, also known as Whitebeard. The two met shortly after the events of the Enies Lobby arc. Shanks aimed to convince Whitebeard to stop Ace from pursuing Blackbeard.

The meeting didn't go as Shanks had hoped and turned into a fight very soon. Shanks' Gryphon clashed against Whitebeard's Murakumogiri and as the two unleashed their Conqueror's Haki, even the heavens were seen splitting apart.

One Piece: 10 Characters Who Can Defeat Jimbei

Jimbei is a former Warlord of the Sea and the former captain of the Sun Pirates. Recently, Jimbei joined the Straw Hats at Wano as fulfilled his promise to Luffy that he had made back at Whole Cake Island. As a fish-man, Jimbei possesses incredible strength and he can also use fish-man karate.

Jimbei is pretty powerful and he's fearless while going into battle. He doesn't have any devil fruit, but he has never backed down from any challenge. He was able to withstand Big Mom's rage and was unfazed when he confronted her. Jimbei is not among the top tier characters and there are plenty of characters who can beat him.

10 Monkey D. Luffy

Luffy is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and he is one of the members of the Worst Generation. He is an excellent user of Haki which has allowed him to overcome many tough opponents.

Luffy combines Haki with his devil fruit which makes for a fearsome combination. Luffy's feats are outrageous and it makes it quite obvious that he is far stronger than Jimbei.

9 Dracule Mihawk

He is the bearer of the title of the "Strongest Swordsman in the world." Dracule Mihawk is a former Warlord and he is famous throughout the world because of his power. Mihawk has faced countless opponents and yet no one has managed to defeat him in a battle.

It is quite obvious that Mihawk's power is above the likes of ordinary pirates and he is at least on the same level as an Admiral.

8 Admirals

The Admirals are the strongest power of the Marines. There are three Admirals in total and each Admiral has an insanely powerful devil fruit. The current Admirals are- Kizaru, Fujitora, and Ryokugyu.

Kizaru managed to take on and beat several Supernovas at once; Fujitora easily crushed Zoro and held his ground against Sabo. The Admirals are in an entirely different league in comparison to Jimbei.

7 Marco

Marco is the former First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. He is one of the strongest characters in the series. The Gorosei named him among the few people who could defeat Blackbeard in a fight.

It is a huge testament to Marco's strength and it is apparent that he can take on most of the characters in the series without any problem. So, Marco will have no problem in beating Jimbei.

6 Yonko

The Yonko are the four strongest pirates in the world. Every Yonko has insane power and they are even feared by the World Government. Currently, the Yonko who hold the position are- Shanks, Big Mom, Blackbeard, and Kaido.

Blackbeard was easily able to destroy Marineford; an alliance between Kaido and Big Mom sent the entire world into meltdown. Only the Yonko can handle each in a battle and so it would be in the best interests of Jimbei if he just runs away.

5 Silvers Rayleigh

Next up on the list is the right-hand man of the Pirate King. Silvers Rayleigh is one of few people who can use all three types of Haki and he also taught Luffy how to use Haki. Even in his old age, Rayleigh could easily fight and injure Kizaru.

Kizaru also complimented his strength by saying that he needed support in order to take down Rayleigh. Rayleigh's powers might be waning but he's still clear of an ordinary warlord like Jimbei.

4 Boa Hancock

She is one of the most underrated characters in One Piece. She possesses the Mero Mero no Mi which is a paramecia type devil fruit. She can easily overwhelm most of the characters with her devil fruit because of its ability to turn people to stone based on their feelings.

If the devil fruit doesn't work then Boa can just use her Haki to get rid of her opponents. She can easily beat Jimbei and there's no doubt about it.

3 Trafalgar Law

Trafalgar Law is the captain of the Heart Pirates. He ate the Ope Ope no Mi, which allows him to create ROOMs. Law controls absolutely everything in these ROOMs and he can even bypass Haki as seen in the fight versus Vergo.

The devil fruit alone makes Law an incredibly difficult opponent. In the Wano arc, Law was able to beat Basil Hawkins without any problems and he will have no absolutely no trouble in getting rid of Jimbei.

2 Jack

He is an All-Star of the Animal Kingdom Pirates. Jack possesses an ancient zoan type devil fruit that allows him to turn into a mammoth. He has got insane durability and power which makes it very difficult to score a quick victory over him.

He fought against Inuarashi and Nekomamushi without taking a rest. It would be incredibly difficult for Jimbei to fight against someone of Jack's caliber and win.

1 Sabo

The final character on the list is Sabo. He is the Chief-of-Staff of the Revolutionary Army, which makes him Dragon's right-hand man. Sabo possesses the Mera Mera which allows him to create and control fire. Sabo has gone toe-to-toe against a Navy Admiral without any problems.

He is apt at using Advanced Haki and when combined with his devil fruit ability, it makes Sabo a very strong opponent. Sabo's Mera Mera no Mi can easily counter Jimbei's fish-man karate, and thus, crushing him.
